APG Client for Life – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to APG Client for Life (the “Program”), an exclusive membership offered by All Properties Group Pty Ltd (“APG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Program and use of apgclientforlife.com.au (the “Website”). By registering as a member, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Eligibility & Membership
2.1. Membership is by invitation only and exclusive to clients who have purchased or sold a home through All Properties Group.
2.2. Membership is free of charge but requires registration and verification via the Website.
2.3. Only the primary buyer(s) or seller(s) named in the real estate transaction are eligible. Memberships are non-transferable.
2.4. APG reserves the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
3. Member Benefits & Events
3.1. Members receive invitations to exclusive events, including:
- Premiere movie nights
- VIP & courtside tickets to NBL and NRL games
- Live concerts and special events
- Other offers and promotions
3.2. Invitations are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
3.3. Some events may have limited tickets, and members must submit an entry via the Website to go into a draw or claim available seats.
3.4. Announcements, competitions, and additional offers may be posted in the private Client for Life Facebook group.
4. Event Entries & Ticket Allocation
4.1. When an event is available, members may enter to go into the draw for tickets or claim seats as per event-specific instructions.
4.2. Winners will be notified via email, phone, or through the Website and must confirm their attendance within the given timeframe.
4.3. If a member does not confirm within the specified timeframe, their spot may be reallocated.
4.4. Tickets may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred without prior written approval from APG.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all APG Client for Life events.
5.2. APG reserves the right to deny entry or revoke membership from any member who behaves inappropriately.
6. Privacy & Communications
6.1. By joining, members consent to receiving event invitations, promotional offers, and updates via email, SMS, and the Facebook group.
6.2. APG will not share members’ personal information with third parties without consent, except as required to administer events.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
7.1. APG is not responsible for event cancellations, reschedules, or changes made by event providers.
7.2. APG is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained by members at events.
7.3. APG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time without notice.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
8.1. APG reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
