What are the benefits of becoming a member?

You will receive exclusive invites to premiere movie nights, VIP seats to AFL and NRL games as well as live concerts and other live events and competitions.

What happens if I have reserved my seats for an event and don't show up?

Seats to these events are limited so if you’re not able to make it to an event we ask that you give us at least 48hrs notice, so we can offer the seats to other members. Consistent non-show ups may result in others having priority over you if you consistently fail to show up for events you’ve won tickets to.

I have registered my membership details on the site, but I haven't been approved yet. What do I do?

Our team checks for pending approvals weekly, but if you have been waiting longer than that please email us on [email protected] or give us a call on (07) 3800 4111

Can I bring a guest to events or competitions?

Yes, some of the events (like the movie nights) allow for up to 4 guests.

How will I know that I have secured a seat for an event?

We will email you to confirm your tickets/seats.
